Returns

If a problem with an order is Image Corporation of America 's fault, then we will pay the shipping charges on returns. Otherwise, shipping charges will be borne by the customer. All returns must be accompanied by the original shipping ticket. Valid returns will be credited the next business day.

Back Orders

Image Corporation of America makes every effort possible to keep all items in stock, and to ship every order complete no later than the next business day. Your credit card will be charged the full amount of your order at the time it is confirmed. If we are unable to ship all your items by the next business day then we will credit your credit card account for any back ordered items, then charge you only after those items are shipped to you.

Payment Policy

AMEX, Visa/Mastercard, Discover, cash, money order, certified or personal checks accepted. All checks must clear before orders will be shipped. Established accounts will be given terms of net 30 days. These terms are subject to credit approval and may be revoked by Image Corporation of America if deemed necessary. Image Corporation of America charges a $20.00 service charge for returned checks.

Pick-Up/Shipping Policy

Image Corporation of America will do our best to meet our quoted deadlines. Please remember we only give estimates. Circumstances beyond our control may prevent your order from reaching you in time. Image Corporation of America disclaims liability for delays, whatever the reason. Any compensation will be made at the discretion of Image Corporation of America .

All freight charges are F.O.B. Image Corporation of America in Alpharetta , GA. All orders will be shipped UPS of FedEx ground unless otherwise specified. Customers are responsible for all applicable freight charges unless other arrangements are made with Image Corporation of America . Freight charges are based on weight and zone, and will be adjusted accordingly. A minimum $6.95 handling charge will apply for all orders under $100.00. UPS/FedEx will not deliver to a P.O. box.

Image Corporation of America Guarantee

All Image Corporation of America products are fully warrantied to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is limited to credit or replacement of products which prove to be defective upon our inspection. Claims must be made in writing within 30 days after receipt of merchandise. Returns must be approved by Image Corporation of America and given an RA (Return Authorization) Number.

A 15% restocking fee may be charged for returned product that is not defective. (15% of the value of the product at the time of the sale). Merchandise that has been subject to alteration, misuse, mis-application, negligence or accident will be excluded from warranty coverage.

The above warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed or implied.
